“I won the National Sports Festival in 2013 when I was a coach, and I will try to recreate the glory of that time.”
Lee Dong-yeop (45)토토사이트, the former head coach of the women’s volleyball team, announced a new start when he was appointed as the head coach of Gyeongsang National University.
Coach Lee Dong-yeop said in a phone call with MK Sports on the 9th, “As of the 1st, I came as the coach of Gyeongsang National University. With the retirement of director Kim Hyung-tae, who had been there since its foundation in 2009, the director’s seat was vacant, and with the help of many people, he made a new start here.”
Director Lee Dong-yeop was born in 1977 and joined LG Fire & Marine Insurance in 2000 after graduating from the University of Seoul. Since then, he has continued his career as a player at LG Fire-LIG Insurance (now KB Insurance), Woori Capital (now Woori Card), and Korea Electric Power. After his retirement, he has accumulated leadership experience at Gyeongnam National University of Science and Technology (currently Gyeongsang National University), youth national team, KB Insurance, and Jinju Dongmyeong High School volleyball team. In the 2020-21 season, he assisted head coach Lee Young-taek as head coach at KGC Ginseng Corporation.

At that time, there were Jung Min-soo, now at KB Insurance, and Jeong Young-ho, an analyst in charge of power analysis at Korea Expressway Corporation. I will do my best with the players so that I can reproduce the glory of that time.”
Meanwhile, coach Cesar and the Korea Volleyball Association, who chose to say goodbye to coach Lee Dong-yeop, started an open recruitment of coaches and trainers for the women’s volleyball team. In the VNL and World Championships, he had the worst record of 1 win and 16 losses. Foreign leaders under Cesar will remain as they are, and only domestic staff will be changed.
